Cactus City

The 2nd years students of our department have the assignment to find a new location for the VU Hortus, by trying to include it in the future plans for the Zuid-As. Our results of this design project can be seen at Kunstvlaai 2012.

Recently we visited this magical – hidden – botanical garden. It is specialised in Cactusses. I took some pictures of them, and they remind me of cities…
